Class Types
HOT 26/2 (Bikram style) consists of 26 poses done two times. 13 standing and 13 seated poses. Class available for all levels. The room is heated to 105 degrees with infrared heat panels and 40% humidity.
Power Vinyasa
Power vinyasa is Baptiste-style flow, in a heated studio space. Power vinyasa is a challenging, more athletic type of yoga flow. Connecting breath to movement, it is accessible to everyone, from beginner to advanced students. Temperature is between 80 and 90 degrees, and humidity is at 40%.
Warm Pilates
Warm Pilates is a series of movements on a mat, designed to strengthen the core, improve stability and flexibility. Weights can be incorporated, along with stretching and strengthening exercises. The room is heated between 80 and 90 degrees.
Buti Yoga 60 Minutes
The word, "Buti" means, "a cure that has been hidden away or kept secret, beneath the surface," in Marathi Indian and symbolizes the struggle it takes to rise through the muck & mud of life like the lotus. Alaina's classes utilize The Spiral Structure Technique and firey synergistic muscle pairings that clear away stuck energy, re-balance posture, detox, revitalize, and re-connect you to your body with potent shaking, drumming, primal movements, & breathing to badass and beautiful music. Modifications are available for every level of student so that we can all sweat with intention together! This practice sculpts muscle and mobility along the natural spirals of the body's functional movement patterns, resulting in balanced results of strong, lean muscle and confident posture. Burns approx. 550-800 calories per workout.
Gentle Yoga(non heated)
Gentle Yoga is designed to be in grounded or standing postures that gently stretch and strengthen your body. The goal is to connect to your body and mind through gentle movement. There are no high intensity portions of a gentle yoga class.

Our current hours are Monday through Friday 5 to 7 PM and Saturday 4- 8 PM. Also special instructional classes outside of the normal hours are indicated on the mind-body app.
